Duncannon, Wexford

The wide, sandy beach with waist deep water for a miles provide perfect conditions for kitesurfing. Locals claim that Duncannon has its own microclimate and it’s hard to argue as the Sun almost always shining there , which is frankly scary by Irish standards.

Best Wind Direction: South West, South

Best Tides: Any but avoid kiting to far right on low tide. also not much room on spring tide for launch and landing.

Extra Info: You can drive on the beach. Toilets, Shower, Camping. No ATM in the town... get your cash before you splash!
